land sea earth and nature scapes of Argyll
I want my paintings to evoke feelings of quiet childlike wonder, awe, spaciousness, delight,
and sometimes just fun.
They are all born from a deep love of Argyll's natural environment, combined with playfulness, colour, and allowing the layers of paint and shapes to determine their often surprising outcomes.
My earlier work was much more of a personal record about rising to the challenge of becoming an artist with the constantly fluctuating energy levels of M.E.
