Reclaiming my Health

In March I made a decision to fight back hard and make a concentrated effort to  improve my health significantly this year. 
There will be posts about the many different steps that have slowly been taken over the last decade to recover from the shock of my health, and life, being put on hold.
Like all recovery plans these will cover sleep, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, emotional support, revisiting beliefs, exercise, breath techniques, meditation, a wee drop of spirituality, alongside nourishing and developing creativity in such a way that each interacts with the others to provide a strong new foundation for health and vitality.
